Was a lovely hotel , the room we had looked out over the gardens and the bay , was spacious and comfortable, food for the price was average to be fair , we both had Haddock and it was OK, nothing more, breakfast be aware is only served from 8 o'clock and if you are on that early ferry you need to ask for an earlier breakfast we only asked for 7.45, you will come up against resistance asking for an early breakfast but be polite and persist and it will be granted, and it was just enough time , if you are only a foot passenger then you do have a little more time, we did feel breakfast was a drawn out affair with little choice of cereal, and mean with the toast and butter, given this place is not cheap then I kind of feel a little attention is needed there , but the rooms and the general ambience of the place good

We loved our stay at The Coll Hotel! Everyone there made us feel so welcome and right at home. The hotel is situated in a gorgeous location with a beautiful view out towards Mull and Treshnish Isles. Breakfast and dinner were excellent! Easy walk to the Coll Stores, Coll Distillery, Island Cafe and Gift Shop/Post Office. Looking forward to returning in the future!

We went to Coll Hotel restaurant to celebrate getting engaged on the island and the staff were just super! My now fiancé said the staff were brilliant and really helpful with choosing the best table for us both with stunning views out the window looking out at the beautiful harbour. Great service, great atmosphere and superb food! Will definitely be coming back here when we make another trip to the island! Highly highly recommend!!

We didn't stay at the hotel but used the Bar & Restaurant every day for 5 day stay . BEST meals in a pub I've ever had. Really lovely. Huge portions that left me and my buddy feeling full. Tasty and good ingredients. The staff are also awesome . As for location and view - I've travelled all over Scotland and the Outer Hebrides and I think this Pub/Hotel has the best views of ANY of the pubs I've ever been to. Literally 10/10 .
